How it works

   Enter your website URL. Aksiom reads your public pages — pricing, support, docs, contact — and shows where you're losing revenue and what to fix. It takes minutes. No credit card, no account needed to start.

   Create your free account

   Your report is saved, and the Professional Retention Audit unlocks. Upload exports from Stripe, Zendesk, or PostHog — no live connection required — and see what churn has already cost you.

3. 03

   Connect your tools (read-only)

   For ongoing monitoring, connect Zendesk and Stripe with read-only access, plus PostHog if you want product-usage signals. Data quality is checked before any analysis, so you never get a weak report.

4. 04

   Get weekly answers, not raw data

   Every week Aksiom re-scores each account, flags what changed, recommends the next step, and emails you the highlights. Nothing is ever sent to your customers without your approval.

Churn risk scores

Every account gets a score from 0–100 that says how likely it is to cancel, based on what its data looks like right now. Scores update as new tickets and billing events arrive, and each one comes with the reasons behind it.

Your data & security

• Read-only, always. Aksiom never writes to your systems, changes your data, or contacts your customers.
• Credentials are encrypted and used only to pull the data your analysis needs. You can revoke any connection at any time.
• No ad tracking, and we never sell your data.
• Delete on request — disconnect an integration or email haseeb@useaksiom.com and we'll remove your imported data.

Reports & emails
