Aksiom provides software that helps SaaS companies:
- Analyze billing, support, and product usage signals.
- Monitor potential churn risks and retention patterns.
- Surface business insights and prioritized recommendations.
Aksiom is an analytics and insights platform. Features and integrations may change over time as the product evolves.
No Guarantees
Aksiom provides analytical insights and recommendations based on data you connect and patterns observed in your account. Business outcomes — including retention improvements, revenue impact, or cost savings — are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for evaluating recommendations and deciding what actions to take for your business.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and control access to connected integrations.
- Ensure you have the right to connect and process data from third-party tools you link to Aksiom.
- Evaluate Aksiom's insights and recommendations before acting on them.
- Comply with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy requirements in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
The Aksiom service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aksiom and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Aksiom for the service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Account cancellation. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Suspension for abuse. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
Data deletion. After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
