The free account costs nothing. There is no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid Plans
14-day money-back window. If Aksiom isn't a fit, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions.
Cancel any time. You can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
After the 14-day window. Past months aren't refundable, but you keep the reports and insights you've already received.
Billing mistakes. Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full — just tell us.
How to Request a Refund
Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Refund":

We'll confirm within one business day, and the refund is sent back through our payment provider to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually shows up within a few business days.
